4. Which mode were you in?: HUT Squad Battles
5. What were you doing just before it occurred?: nothing loaded game, went to hut, went to Squad battles, refreshed opponents, occured trying to play first new Squad battle and every time since.
6. How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: 100% cannot get into any HUT game, I can use auction house, buy packs etc. Just games
7. Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number?

I Have done the following. . .

Hard Reset PS4 and router

Unplugged and replugged ps4 and router 

Deleted local save game files

Confirmed open ports at router

Unplugged any usb devices and reset ps4
