Account Name:
Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): 22 Oct 19/1700-0400
Which mode were you in?: HUT
What were you doing just before it occurred?: Trying to make my HUT team
How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: 100% of the time. 1s, 3s, WOC in general works but I can't even create my HUT team. I've tried the usual responses of:
1. Hard reset my PS4
2. Restart NHL app
3. Unplugged 2nd controller
4. Reset cables (LAN/charging/etc)
5. Reset router*
  1. If I can get into WOC, I can't imagine it's a network error on my end but I did it anyways
6. Logged into EA account and made sure I didn't have log-in protection ON
7. Did everything like 4-5 times
Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number? No, it's the same error code everyone else is getting.
