4. Hockey Ultimate Team

5. I was bidding on lots of cards to try and get good cheap deals

6. This issue occurs 100% of the time when I try to buy anything

7. Error Code: (B7DD78AF2E5CF670-0000000000009999-4E815F564128F6BB) File with the image is attached below

P.S. - I read on a forum that this was happening to people you were bidding on cheap cards and EA suspected that it was bots and banned them from making purchases. I had the same error code as them so I suspect this to be the reason.

If you're getting this when trying to use the buy now function, that's easy for us to resolve. It requires an advisor accessing your account though.
