That's normally an issue with your PS4. Have you made sure your system is up to date?

Did system update through safe mode, tried wifi connection and Ethernet connection. I haven’t had the game 24hrs and basically unplayable at this point. Not impressed. I see on Twitter there are several people with the same issue today.

I definitely get the frustration, but this is an error coming from your console. Can you contact Sony support and see if they have any advice?

But every other online game I have is working.... nhl is the only one having issues.

I understand that, but this is a console error. The only other thing I can suggest, besides contacting Sony, is to delete and reinstall NHL 20.

This should be resolved now. There was a problem with WoC that was discovered last night. Apologies for the trouble!
