  2. Account Name: mini_snipz96
  3. Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): April 21, 2020 EST
  4. Which mode were you in?: HUT
  5. What were you doing just before it occurred?: trying to redeem my HUT champions points for this week’s HUT champions collectible 
  6. How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: it happens every time I try and redeem the points to receive the collectible 
  7. Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number? Error code number: E1856006E85A832A-0000000000009999-A2005OBODOEEABOO

    Hi there, @Mini_snipz96 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
