Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): May 12
Which mode were you in?: HUT
What were you doing just before it occurred?: I was switching my players and then I went back and my second-line center wasn't there. I after that tried to play games and it said I need to put a second-line center. But it's said it was already in my team.
How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?:100%of the time
Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number? I can't

Is this occurring every time now? Are you able to create a new lineup and still have it happen?
