- Console: Xbox One
- Account Name: Yawningman85
- Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): 9:36PM
- Which mode were you in?: World of Chel
- What were you doing just before it occurred?: Collecting rewards for World of Chel weekly challenges. Unable to collect two challenges, stuck on week 34, unable to advance. Receiving “Failed to retrieve data” error when attempting to collect. Modem, router and system power cycled numerous times, and game has been uninstalled and reinstalled and no help.
- How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: 100%
- Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error ?

I'd like you to try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

It sounds like something we'll need to get fixed on our end if that isn't helping you. We've raised an issue with our support team so it'll be investigated, but I don't have a time frame on when/if this will be resolved.
