It sounds like something we'll need to get fixed on our end if that isn't helping you. We've raised an issue with our support team so it'll be investigated, but I don't have a time frame on when/if this will be resolved.

    No problem. I'll update here when I have some news, but you're of course welcome to give me a poke now and then and ask for an update. Hopefully, we'll get this handled soon. I know I'd be pretty frustrated if I couldn't collect those challenge rewards.
