This is the negative escrow issue. We can very easily fix it, but you'll need to contact an advisor. Try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. Just let them know you have the negative escrow issue with NHL and they'll get it handled. Thanks!

It depends how busy they are. I don't know what the current wait is. You could also try using Twitter or Facebook. They may answer faster.
