@EA_Aljo Yeah, the UPnP Is enabled. Any other ideas? If not I have a few I can try.

    I don't see how that would cause this to happen, but it might be why. For now, we'll ignore that though as I don't think that's causing this. It's just good to know. I'd like both of you to clear the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
