NHL TeamI am sorry, but you must be joking. We have already dealt with this problem together twice. My daily objectives have not been updated since June (HUT). There are two completed objectives and when I try to collect rewards, data retrieving error occurs.
You told me to contact advisor. The advisor told me to contact Answers HQ. Second time the advisor told me to take meaningless troubleshooting steps. She apparently had no idea what the game or PS4 user interface looked like. Third time the advisor provided me some universal troubleshooting steps (see in my previous contribution)...without success again.
Now it is realy embarrassing, because nobody from EA Help Centre knows the solution. Or maybe they are lazy to solve it. Please escalate this case to your specialist and solve it. I have payed for the game so I expect the full functionality of it.
