I am sorry, but you must be joking. We have already dealt with this problem together twice. My daily objectives have not been updated since June (HUT). There are two completed objectives and when I try to collect rewards, data retrieving error occurs.
You told me to contact advisor. The advisor told me to contact Answers HQ. Second time the advisor told me to take meaningless troubleshooting steps. She apparently had no idea what the game or PS4 user interface looked like. Third time the advisor provided me some universal troubleshooting steps (see in my previous contribution)...without success again.
Now it is realy embarrassing, because nobody from EA Help Centre knows the solution. Or maybe they are lazy to solve it. Please escalate this case to your specialist and solve it. I have payed for the game so I expect the full functionality of it.
Over 5 hours with 5 different support people trying the stuff already listed here
- 5 years ago@sleedham At the beginning of september I turned on NHL20 after two weeks...the error have disapeared. I don´t know why, because I contacted EA support three times, spent more than 5 hours with it and nothing happened, nobody gave me proper advise. They were completely incompetent... But suddenly after two months, it is solved.

I never said what you're accusing me of. I made the suggestion that it might be better to wait only if they are planning on getting 21 as investigations can take a while to complete and resolving this issue isn't guaranteed. If they are not getting 21, then submitting a case and having it escalated might be worth the wait.
