@Zabys I have the exact same issue on Xbox. 2 dailies give the error every time. Failed to retrieve data c7.

Over 5 hours with 5 different support people trying the stuff already listed here

This is one we're not aware of a resolution for. I advise contacting an advisor again and asking them to escalate your case to our specialists for investigation.

    @EA_Aljo I already spent 5+ hours with the advisors, and the last thing they said was, 'it's a bug, post it here', and sent me a link to this thread

    @sleedham 

    If you're not planning on getting NHL 21 and you intend to keep playing HUT, I'd recommend getting an advisor to escalate your case for investigation. If you're going to get 21, it might be best to just wait for the new game.

    @Zabys 

    I never said what you're accusing me of. I made the suggestion that it might be better to wait only if they are planning on getting 21 as investigations can take a while to complete and resolving this issue isn't guaranteed. If they are not getting 21, then submitting a case and having it escalated might be worth the wait.
