@Zabys I have the exact same issue on Xbox. 2 dailies give the error every time. Failed to retrieve data c7.

Over 5 hours with 5 different support people trying the stuff already listed here

@sleedham At the beginning of september I turned on NHL20 after two weeks...the error have disapeared. I don´t know why, because I contacted EA support three times, spent more than 5 hours with it and nothing happened, nobody gave me proper advise. They were completely incompetent... But suddenly after two months, it is solved.
