If you can provide more videos that would be great, even if it's the same lobby but different perspectives. It can be difficult to pinpoint issues like this and comparing different videos can help us pinpoint the root cause easier.
To give you an example, there was a recent NBA live issue that was tied to a headband, it took a lot of testing and questions to single out this.
Yeah I think it's my favorite aspect of online gaming, I play with so many different people from around the place I don't know how half of us even communicate.

Pardon the language but hey its hockey lol here are some more clips I saved. I trimmed some and left one as a 10 minute video that shows the ending of one game then going through to the lobby to get a broader perspective.

Thank you all for the continuous updates & all of that you've been provided, we know that this isn't the experience you deserve and we are working to try track this down.
With that in mind our studio team have asked a few more questions to help them narrow this down further:- Can you make sure your entire party is "Ready" before the timer reached zero? If this has any impact on the problem please let us know as this may be linked to the issue at hand.
- Can you let us know if you are encountering this issue from the get-go or is it during your second game (or after you finished a game)?
- Videos help us the best as we can see your exact experience as it happens. @camo_chris87 has been great so for however we have yet to see a video of the error appearing while the lobby is actively matchmaking, if you have a video of this it would be appreciated.

At first, we thought the same- if not everybody had readied up, then the game wouldn't peoceed... I've noticed it both ways- with everyone ready up, and without everyone ready up.
This happens at both points- going into the first game, and trying to get into the second game. I have yet to be able to play 2 consecutive games without any errors.
Do you mean if the error occurs while the countdown timer is still going?

My apologies I should have clarified that previously. By "actively matchmaking" we mean after you hit the "Start matchmaking" button in your lobby and it searches for other players. You see this message appear at the bottom right corner of your screen:
So basically if you have ever encountered the "Dressing Room" error during this phase or does it only occur once you've transitioned into the lobby or started to transition. Let me know if you have any questions.

The error does not occur when trying to find a lobby, it will find a lobby no problem, but it's in the transition from the timer hitting 0 and trying to start the match is when the error is displayed.

To me that population is always shown as low and average wait time is 2.30 - 2.55
Almost impossible to find any games while trying to join EASHL 6 on 6 matches

An update.... we got into our first game on the second attmept.... we are on attempt number 7 now trying to get into our end game and still getting error every time. Worse than before

I also have the same problem. Game loads fine. Once the timers done and it trys to go to game it say dressing room error. Like 75% of the time. I hope u guys get this fixed.

Hi, been dealing with this since I first downloaded the game 2 days ago. So far I have gotten 1 game in! That is it. Very frustrated. I have tried deleting my profile, resetting licenses, anything else I can think of. Nothing works. I was getting losses when I not kicked, that stopped. Now I just can't play.

It happens every time. I can’t even get in a ones game now. I love chell and paid the extra to get it early and play early I still haven’t gotten in to more than 3 games and now it’s on the full release

The error does not occur when trying to search games. The error occurs after when a lobby is found and at the transition to load/start the game with everyone. When the pre game lobby timer ends. the load time is long. one thing to note is that we often see many CPU positions on each side. max should be 4 cup or less.
we could have 6 people and it still shows 3 CPU positions below the team when trying to load game.
I honestly think this is the issue bumping people because it is prioritizing CPU on the transition from lobby to game and randomly selecting the winner of the error code.
- Anonymous8 years agoIt's possible, but I have this issue playing club and it does not add the extra computers when in transition, and I still have the issue. Last night I was able to get 1 game out of about 15 attempts.

EA need to fix that. I paid for the 3 days release and I wasnt able to play dropin and club games because of the error codes...comon...

for me this issues continuously occurs when me and my buddy are searching for an opponent and I will join but never my teammate. When he hosts, his screen shows failure to find an opponent and I just keep searching. Havent been able to play for 4 days now because of this
