FOUND THE SOLUTION!!!
So far
If you have the digital copy:
Step 1) is to delete it.
Step 2) Do a Hard Reset on your PS4 this will take some time
Step 3) Reload NHL19
Step 4) Enjoy games without Dressing Room Errors

I tried this when the beta was doing it and that did not work.
- That was the beta. All I can say is this worked for me and everyone I know who has tried it.
