Okay, so I deleted all the NHL data in both Applications and Saved Data, so basically just starting fresh, and I'm still having the same problem. I also tried running a wired connection rather than wireless, and through a range extender rather than directly to my modem just to see if it made a difference, but I don't think there is anything I can do. I see a couple of people saying it's working on their hotspot but that seems like it'll be an excessive use of data, haha.
The only other thing I could try is a factory reset of my PS4, but there are a ton of other game saves I'd need to backup so I can't really do that at the moment.
This is frustrating. ☹️

If you deleted your game and profile I do from the system you only did half of what you needed to do. After you delete the game. (Not 100% it's necessary but why risk it) you need to turn off your PS4 and ENTER SAFE MODE. When the menu spears chose REBUILD DATABASE. When that has completed your PS4 will restart and you're ready to reinstall.

- 7 years agoRebuilding your database won't harm anything. You will lose 0 data on your system. Just make sure you choose the REBUILD DATABASE option in safe mode and not one of the other ones because they could erase all of your data.

This doesn’t work bud l. This may have solved your issue but in general this will not fix this bug so stop posting that you have the answer

Why so salty? It worked for me and everyone I know who has done it correctly. I don't guarantee it will fix a programming error. My suggestion for you would be to post with useful information or nothing. We are all frustrated. Would you prefer someone to find a solution and keep it to themselves because they don't want to be ridiculed?
