To summarize and confirm the information that is going on within this thread (This is specifically for the Dressing Room Error that appears right before the game starts)
- Is everyone who is experiencing this issue on PS4?
- Does the following method work work as a workaround for everyone? - your game has ended, hit the PS button > Settings > Network > Test Connection. Once the test runs you can pop back in your NHL app and you will reconnect and be at the HUB. (If you haven't tried, please do so and report back here)
- Does closing the NHL 19 app and opening it back up again allow every affected user here to play at least 1 match but experiencing the dressing room error?
- Does switching to Mobile data resolve the issue for everyone?
- Does opening up the ports work as a solution?

1. I am experiencing it on ps4
2. Work around does not work I can not play in any game. Ever club or drop in. I get the dressing room error.
3. No I cant get a game started without disconnecting
4. I have tried lan and wifi and both give the error every single time.
5. I have opened every port to ps and nhl. Still cant play
I also contacted the ps store where I downloaded the game and they refused a refund. I only have the game to play on eashl so please fix it because I haven't been able to play my preordered $80 game ☹️

Still getting the error after getting into one game of EASHL.
My temporary solution when playing club with friends is to restart my PS4 after every game. It seems to reset what causes the error.
I'm not 100% sure of this, but the chances of getting into a game seems to be if everyone readies up while the countdown clock still has a lot of time on it. If someone does not ready up, that also seems to cause an error. - Anonymous7 years ago
I also have tried reinstalling the game. I have spent over 15 hours getting kicked off of games with this error. Very disappointing my player is level 4 mostly from ones I'm normally a player that hits prestige in the first few days. Shoot I spent the first couple months on the top 5 leaderboards last year. All I can say is this is pathetic I have been playing nhl games since before ea took ahold of it and at this rate this makes me really want to stop buying the games.. if this isn't resolved soon I dont imagine I will be buying them anymore.
Especially since I spent an extra 20 to play early and I'm still not able to play.
DeVos can we get an update is this getting patched any time soon???
