EA Staff (Retired)If you can provide more videos that would be great, even if it's the same lobby but different perspectives. It can be difficult to pinpoint issues like this and comparing different videos can help us pinpoint the root cause easier.
To give you an example, there was a recent NBA live issue that was tied to a headband, it took a lot of testing and questions to single out this.
Yeah I think it's my favorite aspect of online gaming, I play with so many different people from around the place I don't know how half of us even communicate.
Like I mentioned before, the light in the background where your player is standing, if it goes out you start the game, if it doesn’t go out you get the dressing room error.
For instance; the countdown starts, your player then disappears, then the light behind it. IF the light doesn’t disappear, you get the dressing room error. If it does go away, you load in normally.
