What happens when the bug occurs? When I load NHL19 and connect online to play 6v6 EASHL, I more often than not, within 2min, get an error message about a LAN connection error and that I have been dropped. If it does not happen in the dressing room, it happens during an actual game. The game will freeze and within 2 seconds the error message about LAN connection pops up. The problem with this is two-fold; 1. my hardline connection to my PS4 is still connected correctly to the system from my router each time, and 2. my internet is not the issue because I still am connected on my actual computer as well as still connected to PSN. NHL19 is the ONLY game this happens with. I do not have this issue in APEX Legends or any other online game I play.
What do you expect to see? This resolved immediately as it is unacceptable that this is somehow an issue. It was not an issue AT ALL until the latest patches to NHL19. Ever since then, I have had this problem the vast majority of the time.

Absolutely woeful from EA and NHL19. Constantly thrown out of dressing room.....takes me to close the application and restart to even have a chance of getting a game. I have contacted EA but received no reply.
playing CHEL is the main reason I purchase this game....it’s frustrating and simply not good enough, going to give NHL20 a miss along with the others ie FIFA etc
ya the year is almost up and EA has not dealt with the issue, just F pathetic of a billion dollar company just * on it's customers
I cant even get into a game try to play with my friends and have really good connection, will be in lobby and while loading no matter how many times i restart game or close game cant get in. This is a defective product and never should have been released to the marketplace due to this. Sue them for false advertising and selling a defective product

What happens when the bug occurs? When I load NHL19 EASHL 3v3 or 6v6, matchmaking fails, cause DRESSING ROOM ERROR. Might go to the game, if there are 2 players(me included) in both teams, my team and vs. But never if more players.
What do you expect to see? No dressing room errors.
