Question about lost/missing items...

I just received my lost players and items back after 2 months of hassling EA...
It took dozens of conversations and live chats with EA advisors and they would always tell me the same thing...
The best advice I can give you it to make new cases and refer to your original case number...(always open new cases)
This way when you talk to someone via live chat or phone you can give them your first case number and then can escalate the issue every time you talk to them...(helps speed the process up)
Every time you respond to them from the original case number it removes your case from the specialized team and sends it back down to the advisors who then have to re-escalate your case back to the actual team who can help you.
That ends up slowing your case from being resolved..Trust me I waited over 2 months!!!
To live chat with them you need to go to the Origin website and start a new conversations, pick platform, pick game, pick issue (I always did account management), then it should allow you to have a live chat with an advisor...
