In my last Franchise playthrough, I managed to get McDavid in Free Agency. There is no such thing as Team Loyalty in the game, which there really should be. I mean, McDavid is never going to hit Free Agency, ever.

Not to mention Ovchekin, I've seen him play until he was 41, hitting 5 different teams, after I picked him in the expansion and trade him for the 1st overall Deraft Pick to get Shame Wright in a previous Franchise.
