Can you describe what steps you've tried so far to change your name?

    Player first  name and last name is in dark grey. I can change my play by play name and all that stuff. But not the name.

    I finally got a hold of someone from ea. And the definitely said my account was flagged and they're taking it over to someone else who can assist me just have to wait an see what they do I guess.
