I found the problem. The problem was the NAT. my NAT was in Moderate.
I change the UPNP to OFF, reset the modem and router. UNPLUG the XBOX ONE POWER Brick to the wall.
return to the router, re-active the option UPNP to ON.
replug the power of the xbox.
start the XBOX
and now the NAT is OPEN 🙂
