Just so I understand you correctly, you're saying the controller stops working completely after a couple of days and deleting/reinstalling fixes it temporarily? Have you also tried a different controller? Does it make a difference if you play with the controller plugged in? Is the firmware up to date on it? Thanks!
Tried a different controller, tried plugging in, did firmware update. And yes, the uninstall/reinstall works for a couple days then goes back to the problem state.
Community ManagerHave you had any issues with lag or disconnects? I'm wondering if your controller not responding is related to the connection you play on. Also, what control scheme are you using? Is it Skill Stick, Hybrid or NHL 94?
I have had same issues. When trying to use thumb pad it skips through from first option all the way to last option. Example: When trying to exit skips past save to exit w\o saving. Cannot make it stop on save and exit. In be a pro mode when I select play game it skips from custom 20 min to five mins. The a b buttons have to be pressed twice. When fighting no punches are being thrown and I lose. This only happens in this game. I've tried alt the same things to rectify the situation.
