Having the same issue on Xbox One. It’s been an issue since December monthly challenge went live. I can’t redeem the December challenge that I received and is now frozen, acts like it’s loading to redeem but won’t redeem. Coins were issued, but December card was not. This prevents the daily objective from resetting or issuing new daily objectives. The screen says the challenge is expired. This is now Day 3 of losing out on the December objective.
Can post picture or video if needed. Hopefully the reply by EA_Barry was to everyone and not just those tagged. Gamer tag in Xbone is Smell My Schue.
