Can you try a different design? It's possible there's a customization that has been chosen that is causing this to happen?

I’ve tried that before and it doesn’t work either.

Just so I'm clear, you're able to create the jerseys, but when selecting them in the lobby, they display as black or does it actually switch to a black jersey?

Yes. I’m able to create them and when I’m back in the lobby and games it gives me default nhl jerseys

What happens when you try to switch to the jersey you created in the lobby? Does it not show up there?

There is Not even a option to switch them.

Can you get me a picture of the screen you see after matching up with another team? You should be able to change the jersey here.

Was this ever resolved? My club is experiencing the same issue.

Yes. When we have an update, it'll be posted in patch notes in the NHL 24 forums here.
