@nyranger84 Update: I test different settings scenarios of both PS5 and my TV (Samsung QE75xxxx) and the smooth no-lag performance works with these settings:
PS5 - Settings - Screen and Video - Video output:
Resolution - Automatic
VRR - Off
120Hz output & ALLM & 4K Video TR - all automatic
HDR - off
Deep Color Output - Automatic
RGB - automatic
Samsumg TV - I guess here is the core of the issue
Picture Mode - Dynamic
Game mode - Off
Colour Tone - Cool
and this one is the key probably - Picture Clarity - must be OFF! If you set all the settings as instructed above and leave the Clarity to Auto, there will be always microlagging which you will easily notice and recognize after your big-lag experiance. Only with the Clarity mode set off on my Samsung, everything goes as expected...
