Have you power cycled your modem/router and console? It would be good to do that just in case it clears this up.

my wifi is completely fine, but yes i tried that too and still got it

I definitely understand this is frustrating. However, we don't announce a time an issue is going to be resolved when there's an ongoing investigation. We need to find the problem and get it fixed. Then, when the update is released, we'll let you know.

Try restoring your licenses with these instructions. Also, rebuild your database with the steps here. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.
