Community ManagerYou have the latest update so you're good. If you never entered the game while it the base game or the update were downloading, try playing again and see if it works. The bug happens when you load into the game before both of those are completely installed.
Ok that’s enough! The game does not work at 100% capacity PERIOD! I don’t know how many times in this trend, EA told us, ok try again the problem is fixed..... it is NOT fixed!
Now, EA, please stop telling us ; try this, you should try that, it’s because you did not do this or did not do that. We paid a lot of bucks, in fact we paid 100% of what you asked for!!! In exchange you are suppose to give us a fully functional game.
It’s up to you to update the game and make it happen. I hesitated on buying NHL21 because of the bugs in NHL20... now it’s worst than ever!! You guys are laughing at us and this is not taken seriously. I want my game to be refunded.
