As suggested above by @vallelonga78, if Rogers is your ISP then you may need to contact them to change your setup to not use IPv6.

What exactly is happening? Also, what system are you playing on and do you use a wired or wireless connection? The servers are currently up and running. There were down for a bit about 24 hours ago though.

Yes, hi! I am having the same issues with battlefront 2 where I try to log in, but I cannot due to it is not letting me get past the email screen every time I enter my email. This is so stupid. I wasted my time trying to work this out and it did not work. I even asked @EA_Aljo which is you and before this had a forum with @EA_Atic earlier in January and they did not respond. I am extremely frustrated with EA.

What is happening when you enter your email address?

Whenever I enter my email address, it does not let me click the next button as I press a on my xbox controller whenever I try to enter my email address it does not let me click next. This also happens When I try and resented my email address which it still does not let me click next. This also happens in every other wa game such as fifa 21 where are I cannot click next to enter my email address.

Try hitting the D-pad down to see if the screen expands and shows another button you can click to continue.
