  • After an hour of hard work with live chat support, I was forwarded to a Tech Support EA colleague, called Matheusz. He was very kind and professional, the problem is solved!

    Btw: seems like it was a pretty exceptional bug, what made my account unsafe. 

    Great and fast advice from Aljo here, and then fast and pro solvation from support!
