Unfortunately, without seeing video of what is happening, there's nothing we can do. As far as disconnecting goes, an advisor will take you through some troubleshooting steps. You can try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support.

If you are freezing and disconnecting after a goal is scored, that is being investigated.

    Don't be angry, but I don't know how to fix something you went wrong, now I'm going to play and it kicks in again like it's normal nothing works for you in the game and I don't get anything for it but I want chem compensation because it's your problem that lasts long time

    This isn't something we have compensation for. There's no video of the problem and I rarely see a report of this. If this were a widespread issue, we'd be hearing about it a lot more and it would be investigated.

    I thought you were talking about the issue with not being able to pick up the puck. That is what I would need video of. If you want to go through some troubleshooting to try to resolve the issue with disconnecting, let me know.

    @EA_Aljo it doesn't bother me so much but I'm pretty nervous that I can't play the game because I'm still kicked from the server as a matter of fact it's normal
