Re: Left joystick issues and glitchy video
Is there any way that someone can let me know if the videos is sent to Answers HQ get viewed so the issue can be fixed. The game is not playable as is.

Thanks for taking the time to create that video. I have reviewed it and can see there are some serious issues with your game. I will try to help troubleshoot with you. First off, have you tried deleting the game from your console and re-installing it? I'm wondering if something happened during the installation process that is causing this. If you haven't done that yet, let's try that as the first attempt to fix the issue.
- I have not tried that. I initially installed it back when it first came out and have not had the issues that I do now. Will I loose my current HUT content if I do reinstall?
- Found a fix by mistake. Went to the my games and apps page on the xbox and restarted the game from that screen for whatever reason everything is back to normal. Thanks for your help and support.

Ok, glad to hear it's fixed. For future reference, all HUT data is stored on our server, so if you delete the game and re-install then you won't lose any of your HUT data.
I have the same issue but his fix did not work for me.
Sorry to hear you are having the same problem. It was so frustrating. It was probably just dumb luck it worked for me. You could try EA's suggestion.
