What position are you playing? It's easier to get it as a D man, but basically, play your position. Don't call for the puck all the time because that causes a lot of turn overs that will result in a lower teamplay score. Hits will help raise your teamplay grade also. Dump the puck on the PK as well. 

As far as stats go, try to get a point. You don't always need to be going for goals. Assists are great for raising your stats grade. Just playing as a team and winning will raise your grades though. Having a positive + - really helps if you're not getting any points.. This is where teamplay is crucial. If you're making good passes someone on your team is going to score which is good for everyone on the ice. Unless it's a powerplay. Then it doesn't affect your + -.

    it's just so hard when the rest of the online team is horrible.

    I know. OTP can be a disaster. It's actually good when you're whole team quits and you just have computers to play with. When I'm grinding out L3 I have some specific guidelines for OTP. I always go to the right side in the lobby. I never play a game if my team has a human goalie and the other does not. Plus I consider how they're talking and what their gamertags look like. What can I say, I get a little neurotic when it comes to getting that L3 status out of the way so I can just have some fun 🙂

    Well I finally got all A + and my overall grade was at 90% so it looked like I was going to level up but it did the opposite and degraded all the way down. Like it was highlighted green and went red and down graded my overall grade at the end of the game.

    I think my game is screwed up or something cuz I have actually played over 500 games. Oh well I pre ordered NHL 15 only one week away :-)

    What happens is that only your last x amount of games are conisdered for the grade. I believe it is 15, but might be 10. I don't know for sure. Anyway, what happens is that if the game from 15 back was all A's, that one just dropped off so it's not being considered any longer. Without that good game, your average drops. This also works in your favor because a potentailly really bad game will be removed when it's turn comes up. Keep up the streak of good games and you should be fine.
