    My error is new, the game was functioning fine and a week or so ago I started getting this gailure. The weird part is mine doesn't even say please try again later, just "failed to retrieve data".

    I'm out of the United States and have Comcast as my provider, have my own Motorola sb6141 modem and AirPort Extreme router.

    Router: ActionTec MI424WR (Xbox NAT type is Open) 

  • Any luck on fixing this bug? Haven't been able to buy now a plea in over a month but can bid and send trade offer. Nobody seems to have an answer and it's getting annoying

    No luck yet. I've done everything EA support and Microsoft support have instructed but to no avail. An EA specialist commented on this thread but I haven't heard from him since.

    on a side note, 3 of us play HUT on the same system, same router.  Only one of our accounts has been impacted by this issue.
