If you pre-ordered it from a store the codes can sometimes be on the receipt.

So I ordered and paid for the nhl 17 super delux edition for a rebate ot 10% from the nhl 16 menu. I installed the game and did not receive any information for an ea access code. I paid for ea access seperatly and I am unable to play the trial as well. It says im too early to play the game. Can you please send me my ea access code and can you please make the trial work for the 10 hours even though the game was installed two week ago. Thank you.

Regarding being unable to access the Early Access, if you're still seeing this issue, please try the steps mentioned in the thread here.
