Those are not the same issue. Spent $100 on points and now can't even create a team >.<

could redeeming a code for points before even logging into HUT for the first time cause an issue?

    You didn't even reply to my problem. My problem has nothing to do with HUT when I can't even launch the game.

    If the game was broken upon purchase then you can contact your retailer for warranty.

    I have been having the same issue i load the disc, begins tutorial and than crashes. i took the game and System to YoubreakIFix and the system has no issues but the game will load on other systems, and other games on mine.
