Try deleting the trial off your system. Then, go to your console's web based store and download the game from there. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

How do I delete the trail

Delete it like you would any other game. What system are you on? I can google those instructions for you.

All you do is highlight the NHL 21 tile, hit the small button to the right of the Guide button and go to Manage game & add ons. Then, select the game, hit the A button and choose uninstall.
