Still not working and this is day 10 or 11? I guess if people are that bored they can try to find a work around but this is clearly an EA issue that needs to be resolved. Speaking of EA where are you guys at with this? I'm not seeing any feedback. Not making enough money to work weekends? Not investigating? Don't give a damn? Just be honest about it. This is your problem to solve not ours. Just saying you are investigating for 5 days now isn't really enough. People paid for a game and want to play it. If I have to get Oscar involved I will.
I have also tried all these "fixes " obviously none of them worked because the issue is EA and not our Xboxs or gamer pics our internet speed or our haircuts 😆
Lol I've gone as far as factory resetting my Xbox series s and downloaded nhl22 again step by step with all instructions they have given so far and ended up with exactly the same issue
I will try to to change the brand of shampoo I use and redo all these steps .... that may do the trick..... I'll keep you guys in the loop
At this point I'm starting to feel like I work at EA Sports now 😆😅
- @Bo0ozzer I took a dump standing up and sat down to take a leak this morning and it got me straight through a tourney. Don't waste your time switching shampoo. I solved it.

@mikey511lc43 your racking up the xp on this comment thread maybe if you get enough points it will care over to the game and get you up a level and @Bo0ozzer you know maybe it is the hair of the player. My character has black hair but on ice it’s skin color. I guess my character just bleaches his hair before each match, that’s it try bleaching your hair.

EA, remember what you did to the eliminators on January 20-21 and bring it all back. And the problem will be solved. It is at the stage of handshakings connection.
EASHL 3v3 6v6 works, 1S and 3S don't (probably eashl has a different connection type).So much time ignoring the problem suggests that you don't follow WoC at all. Sadness. There, even according to the statistics of the games played, you can see how much 1s and 3s sank. But you have no time, apparently.
Top player on global yesterday was 13-1. Does that sound like a game mode that is working right for anyone?

If we are asking for compensation, I can tell you Id love my money back for buying the first version of NHL that isnt compatible with my new Series S. Buying the game twice and then not being able to play either, kinda sucks. My kids had to eat hot dogs for two weeks because of it.. @EA_Blueberry
so to summarize this:
"we did nothing the past few days because even though the game we sold is broken its not Madden so we dont care enough to address it, and we have such terrible troubleshooting processes that we still dont know what the problem is... but check your cache and player image again because we dont have any logging or debugging procedures to catch these issues before they become this big of an issue. Also our Devs dont play EA games so we havent seen this issue on our end... oh and if you get upset about our ineptitude you'll be banned"
The problem you arent focusing on here is that this forum is just the die-hards that really want to play this game... this isnt the once-in-a-while type players that will try this once or twice and give up and never come back. I have friends that play once in a while that have uninstalled this and have no interest coming back... your losing customers but hopefully your weekend was good..
Why not fix the vibration issues while you are fixing 3s eliminator. At this rate nhl 23 will be out by the time any of the issues are fixed. Maybe dont come out with 2 versions next time when you cant get even one to work properly. The slow response time only makes things worse. We are nearing compensation time especially to the suckers like me that bought both versions.

instead of worrying about banning people how about you guy get this game fixed. Ea puts plenty of time into making sure our skaters names have no profanity and taking out our celebrating a teammate scoring but does nothing to fix the game that has been broke for 2 weeks. You acknowledged the issue one week ago what’s is going on seriously how is this even kind of acceptable to have everyone waiting weeks to play a game we paid 100 bucks for. I’m tired of hearing that u have no answer go talk to a supervisor or someone please and get us one ASAP.
