This is normally due to having your audio set to surround when you don't have a surround system. Have you checked this?

It's in your console's audio settings.

The same is happenig in NHL23 be a pro for me, no commentary. I am using a TV, turned the audio to stereo and nothing happened

Haven’t done any changes there. Dunno whats the problem

I am having the same problem and followed this thread but nothing solved it. I have my volume to 10 in every option. If there anything else I could try? It really ruined the game.

Go to settings, search for commentary and change to play by play. Audio settings I think

Yes I have tried to change the settings to uncomprimated stereo and it didnt work. I also checked if I have commentary turned on to play by play and full and also if my volume is set to 10/10. Nothing worked so far… ☹️ It worked fine until receantly…

Is it the same whether you use headphones or speakers? Are you using a home theater system?
