This is the official troubleshooting for that error from PlayStation.

Have you tried disabling Facial Recognition if you have it enabled? It's been known to lead to crashes for various games.

@EA_Blueberry Hi again,
I don't have facial recognition on. I don't even have a camera. I have tried that troubleshooting and have found I'm not the only one online, in this forum as well, that finds it useless in solving the problem. Speaking to Sony it would appear I might have to send it in for repair which sucks because I bought this console from Gamestop 6 years ago used and no longer have the receipt.

Do you have PS+? Some players have been able to fix errors like this when they delete the save files in both the cloud and data management. I've seen some similar cases for Madden where this crashing issue pops up and players found Madden saves in another game folder. Once deleted it was fixed. Have you tried looking around data management?- 3 years ago@EA_Blueberry I haven't. I do have plus, but I haven't used it for anything. I have yet, after two months, to find anything I want to download. I bought NHL22 outside of Plus. But I'll fish around to see where the saves are. I didn't think the PS4 saved anywhere other than in the main save location.I don't use the cloud for saves at all as I don't play online modes.
