I found a trick to do not lag and I said LAG because the problem was something with the network. When you turn off your network on your PS4, NHL 15 play very smooth without skip/lag. This is unbeleivable to do that in 2014! I don't have subscribstion to playstation plus and I don't need to be online when playing a game. I just activacte my network when I want update.

I found it. To everyone that lag is still there, just turn off your internet before opening NHL 15. No lag.! I don't know WHY the game needs to check something online while I play offline.!!!!
Simple step to do:
1- Open your PS4
2- Go to Setting -> Networking -> Uncheck to first one
3- Open NHL 15
If you reactivate your network, the lag will come back.
Another note, the symptom seems to appear only in the evening for me. in the morning I don't have this lag. Just follow this instructions and enjoy.
