Re: Reds are tinted pink

I looked this issue up before I created it here, and thats what people said to check.  so I was excited that might be it.. but my settings are set to default..  so.. that's not it.

    the attached photo is prob the perfect example on how everything is pink..

    there's gotta be a way for me to clear my cache or something to make it not pink..

    the rest of my xbox isn't pink.  it's only THIS game.

    I hate the pink..  really really hate it.

    That looks like it could be an issue with HDR, like the game is outputting HDR but the TV isn't recognizing it as an HDR signal.

    I turned everything off now..

    and still getting pinks..  I've tried multiple tvs and hdmi cables.. and now..  no settings..

    it's gotta be something with the game itself..  again because no other game shows pinks..  and the dashboard is all red..

    The screenshot with Ovi actually looks better now. His jersey is more red, but the right side looks pink. You could try deleting the personal saved data to see if that makes a difference. To do that, highlight the NHL tile and hit the Menu button on your controller. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it. Then, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. You run the risk of losing settings you've changed as well as offline saves, but they will normally download from the cloud.

    That was actually the first thing I tried.. deleting the user data..  and it did nothing..  

    A friend suggested to me today to try loading the game with another account.  So I used my gf's account, and the reds were red..  which annoyed me..  then.. I don't know why I hadn't noticed before.. the accessibility options in the NHL 22 game..  I didn't realize there was a color blindness option in the game.. I assumed it was just in the xbox settings..

    so sure enough.. I see somehow.. mine was set away from default.. I'm not sure how that happened..  because I would have no reason to even go into that menu.. but then.. I saw it..  

    ugh.. so annoying..  anyways.. thanks for everyone's help.. I hope this helps someone else who does something dumb like this in the future.

    Clor setting must be put on default, it happened to me to be changed bc of game mode from my TV.
