Re: Same Problems in nhl 21

Yeah that's why I worded it as "any introduced latency." Even using a BT gamepad can be a hinderance, if the wifi/BT band is sufficiently saturated. My question now is this: How much does goalie fatigue factor in? Is there a sliding RNG when it comes to slap shots from the point? Why is it more likely to go in on the 5th slapper, as opposed to the 1st or 2nd?

If there is no "momentum engine" or anything like that, perhaps we just need to understand the mechanics a little better. I think that would go a long way towards dispelling the tilt accusations, at least in rational folks.

It's possible you've made your aim more precise on the 5th shot. There's nothing built into the game that forces the 5th shot, or any shot, to go in. Shots are dependant on a lot of factors. Where you're aiming, your player's stats, how settled the puck was, the goalie's attributes and positioning, etc. If you're on wireless, that's always going to be an issue though. It's far more susceptible to lag and disconnects than being wired.

Mechanics are always explained in these discussions. If you can give some more specific examples of what you'd like explained, I'll do my best to get you that info.
