Re: Shouldn't have to pay to replay SB match because of server issue.

@EA_Aljo About once a week during squad battles. My network is pretty solid, I work from home, so I need a pretty reliable connection. My router shows no connection issues to my ISP either.

Its wired, and I am 6 feet from the router. I have 2 PC's in the same room wired as well, and they have not experienced any outages or connection issues.

Either way, I just wanted to know if we get charged 500 coins everytime, whether its a server issue or not. I understand if someone disconnects the game, but when I am winning 5-1 in a squad battle, and then I get disconnected near the end, I end up getting the loss, AND having to pay to replay the match.

There are a ton of variables to account for with connections. We need to go through troubleshooting to try to find out where the issue lies. We're not having any issues with our servers currently so it's quite possible something happened between your console and our servers. This isn't something we'd be able to compensate for since we can't determine the issue is on our end. Let's see what the UO Trace says.

@EA_Aljo Ran the UOtrace twice. Results attached.

I'm not looking for compensation.  My suggestion for the future would be if the user was playing a Squad Battle match, and was winning when disconnection occurred, then there should be no 500 coin fee to replay.  They still have to replay it, but just not have to pay the 500coin.

Your traces look good. Thanks for providing them. I'm not seeing any issues. At least, there were none when they were performed. As far as disconnecting last week goes, we did end up having a couple of outages so it's possible that's what they were related to. If you continue to disconnect, let us know and we'll continue to investigate.

As far as the suggestion goes, the feedback is most certainly appreciated. Thanks!
