I get it now..., AI CPU uses Full Attack and High Pressure, so some sliders in the main area may only change formations for AI Human CPU, one such slider is Pass Assist (Different Formations Slider or Style of Passing), which brings me to think Sliders they are using is based on NHL 94 Style Values. I see the picture now. so AI CPU is not tied to Pass Assist at All.

From what I have found out.. CPU and BAP strategy adjustment sliders is really an offensive pressure slider. The higher the number, the more pressure the team will place in the offensive zone. Regardless of the score or situation, thats all it does, At a 6/6 it will always try to score. If you are up by 1 with 2min left in the game, its going to try to score. If you are up by 10 with 2 min left in the game, its going to try to score.
the USER slider adjust the offensive and defensive awareness ratings up and does not affect anything else. At a 6/6 the awareness rating for offense and defense are at the max. So now every individual player will be at full potential. It seems like it makes them shoot harder or be more accurate. It doesnt, it will just make them smarter. At a 0/6 you will see a vanilla offense and defense with mistakes and thats why you will keep seeing "why is my defense doing this? Why is my center not shooting?" But if you maxed it out at 6/6, you will start seeing complex plays developing. At 6/6, they were one timing my goalie on almost every chance it got.
I played Edmonton multiple times with multiple settings and at 6/6 in the USER slider McDavid scored on my every 4 shots and they ran one timers across the crease. Edmonton scored 1 goal every 5 shots. It was frustrating. McDavid had a hat trick by mid way thru the game in 4 of 5 games..
At a USER setting at 0/6, the scoring was lower, they scored one time every 11 shots. No one timers, nothing complex, but McDavid managed to score on me in the 3rd period. There were NO one timers and a simple and vanilla offense..
Still looking for that decent balance. So far Im doing CPU 3 and BAP 3 and the User slider at 0. I have a good Save % of 920. and 8 min periods my GAA will be about 1.90 at 3 on the slider my GAA is about 4.50 with a save % of about 820. With the slider at 6.. my GAA is at 12.00 with a terrible save % at 700.
So there is a big difference in USER sliders.

I found the Human Sliders part doesn't work, but the CPU sliders do works, here are my adjustments to it now that I made, the shot aims: Manual and auto line changes, have fun!, I wanted to wait a while before releasing these, have fun!
Be A Pro Player and Goalie Training days start every Sunday, so when put your trait points and play and stuff, make sure your too sim every Sunday on the calendar for training points, it even starts far as draft day.

most 2 important stats to work on are these two
brand (x-factor)
teammate (better AI in the game)
when it says story option, you better click it, man, cause x-factor and brand are at stake, the first challenge is 2000 or 2500 for the first x-factor abilities point and the next one is at 7500.
I also learned, that there are hidden X-factor traits I can unlock sometimes at the beginning if I had, charm and diplomatic unlocked for traits.
