I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Still nothing there
The bag showed a center ice logo with no red line visible. There was nothing unlocked though or that even showed that as an option to unlock

I just checked and no. It was a few bags back and it's only showing the most recent bag
Community ManagerThanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, there isn't really anything we can do about this since we don't have the ability to add World of Chel bags or items to your account. It's a strange issue for sure and I'll get this reported. I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. If it happens again, please report it to us.
