- Anonymous9 years agoHi Barry, I think you have our issue confused with the HUT issue. Ours is with eashl locking us out with the failure to retrieve data error code from using stock branding. I don't even play HUT so that thread is useless to me.... Please follow up again with more accurate info.

- Anonymous9 years agoThanks Barry. Also, any word on trying to delete the club to see if that releases our games tags from the code? Seems all of this ties to the club itself. I havent been able to get anyone to answer me on that yet.

- Anonymous9 years agoSame problem, different team. I've created a new gamer tag and searched my old club. I was met with error code:

This probably doesn't help at all. - Anonymous9 years agoLet's face it EA doesn't care about the people that spend $ on there sub par games. They spend more time tweeting about the world cup then fixing the in game issues. They always give you a lame response " our ea reps are working to get it fixed as soon as possible". That answer is a complete slap in the face. It's been almost a week and we deserve a better answer than that.
- Anonymous9 years agoAs a software developer, my guess is there is a bunch of testers and devs clocking in during weekend hours trying to figure out the root cause after a couple months of crunch time to meet deadline. Been there, done that. It sucks as a consumer, but I get it.
- Anonymous9 years agocrazy thing is we all had this happen doing the exact same thing though, left clicking in the locker room. I had hoped letting them know this would speed the process honestly. I know this and the HUT issue are apparently giving them fits right now. I just hope we get a fix soon.
- Anonymous9 years agoMy 600 mile shot in the dark is it has something to do with save data getting corrupted between the EA SERVERS and MS cloud.

- Anonymous9 years agoDifferent team, haven't commented here yet. I did not do it from the locker room, I did it from the regular menu. So that's not the problem.

- Anonymous9 years agothis helps, now we know it's not limited to making the change from the locker room, so basically stock branding all together is broken...good times.

@bonishjwhs @xevox911x We chose Nashville ... I don't think I saw any duplicates of what was chosen outside of stock.

I know you can only do so much with what you're given, but, the natives are getting restless now....today makes a week since this issue arose and yet nobody can give you any info at all? this is beyond frustrating now to be honest. I know I've asked one question all along yet no matter who I speak to nobody can answer me. Could someone PLEASE try to delete the affected clubs to see if we can at least get use of our gamertags again? at this point it can't hurt to try if nobody truly knows what's going on. with the forums down the issues only seem to be compounding themselves. I know this is frustrating for everyone involved, but we have got to try something, please. Again, thanks for listening and doing what you can.

Honestly the worst part is that this seems like it's kind of a rare bug so they're not really acknowledging it enough to keep people from making the same mistake. They're just letting other clubs follow the same fate as we did. It'll probably blow up as more and more teams are about to unlock the stock items. - Anonymous9 years ago
I think the Stock branding is unlocking before the actual required circumstances.
I think my club had less then then 35 wins. I think 23 we had.
If i recall to unlock it, you had to have 35 wins.
But I'm not 100% sure.
Anyone else remember?
- Anonymous9 years agoI just double checked ours and we had JUST played our 35th game when the GM changed the jerseys...so apparently we had just opened that up at that point.
At this point I would be beyond thrilled if they could delete our clubs.
Having the same problem. Club GM changed to stock teams in EASHL and we all got kicked. Also get the long error code

Come on EA. We need answers. We have given you plenty of information on how and when this happened. On top of that the forums have been down for 6 days. What is going on?
