Apparently my kid got into CHEL before I could and created a player that's 5'5" and 110 lbs and my player is getting knocked around all over the ice. And when I go into customize, there's no options to change the player's height & weight.
Anyway to restart CHEL? Or restart my CHEL player?
You could straight up delete your profile data for chel but it there is a way to directly change builds

Edit Loadouts>Skater
(Click on the build you want to change) *Select*
Scroll down and then left or right to select height/weight.
My 5'6 169 sniper has the highest ratio of skating and shot abilities of all builds and I couldn't recommend it more, you just need to learn how to bounce off hit attempts. Good luck with whatever you choose.
